大量风电电源接入对海南电网频率稳定的影响

摘    要:风力发电的随机性和难以预测性,致使大量风电电源的接入将严重影响海南电网的频率稳定性。介绍了海南省风能资源概况及风电发展规划,以及运行及规划中的风电机组参数和电网运行频率的要求。针对孤网枯水期小运行方式,分析了风力发电机组不同频率保护定值及低电压穿越能力对系统频率稳定性的影响,给出了电网对风电场运行的频率保护及低电压穿越能力的要求。

Abstract:Because of the wind energy randomness and hard to predictability,large scale wind power integration will seriously affect the Hainan power grid's frequency stability.Wind resources characteristics and wind power development in Hainan Province are introduced,as well as parameters of wind turbines both in operation and in planning and the grid's operating frequency requirements.Under the scenarios of isolated gird with low load in dry season,the impact of wind farm output sudden increase on power system frequency stability and the influence of different wind turbine frequency protection setting values on system frequency stability are analyzed.
