| 摘 要： | 区域协调向来是长江三角洲地区发展的焦点之一,本文在中国科学院2005年对长江三角洲地区16个城市各职能部门进行问卷调查的基础上,针对区域协调的重大问题展开分析,提出长江三角洲区域协调的主要方向,并从完善区域协调法规、构建区域协调常设机构和完善协调调控手段等方面提出协调制度创新的建议,力求对长江三角洲的区域协调进程有实质性的促进。

| Abstract: | Regional coordination is always one of the focuses of the development of Yangtze River Delta. This paper, on the base of the questionnaire of gov- ernmental agencies in 16 cities of Yangtze River Delta led by Chinese Academy of Science in 2005, analyzes the fatal issues in the Yangtze River Delta. It indi- cates the development direction of regional coordina- tion of the Delta and provides suggestions on the institution innovation such as improving the legislation, establishing standing organizations and promoting the coordination measures of the regional coordination. |
