摘    要:针对复杂过渡特征零件的建模问题,提出了一种新的H角Bezier曲面反求建模方案。应用局部网格点追加和网格拓扑关系调整等技术,较好地解决了三角曲面建模中分块搭接时在特征走向变化区域存在的“X”和“T”形相交特征的融合问题。应用实例表明,基于分块建模、曲面搭接以及特征融合的三角曲面建模方案,可以得到特征表达完备的高质量曲面模型。

Abstract:Aimed at modeling of parts with complex smallblend features, a new re-modeling methodology based on tri-angular Bezier surface is presented. With techniques such asadding of mesh point and editing of mesh topological relation-ships, the feature blending operation, existing in a pattern offeature such as X and T formed by the intersection of two fea-ture regions, is discused. Application shows that segmentedmodeling, patch overlapping and feature blending can present asatisfied whole representation of complex parts with smallblend features.
