摘    要:针对一些用户的设备管理部门拥有的工程机械种类多、性能差异大、地域分布广,对工程机械进行综合性能评估是一项复杂的工作。最好的办法是借助数据处理系统,但开发相应的评估系统繁杂、软件可重用性差。探讨了基于组件技术建立一个适应各种不同层次、不同地区的开放型通用的工程机械综合性能评估论证系统。提出了系统的组件化模型,确立了系统的总体框架性指标,并给出了评估基础算法模型,最后通过一算例进行了验证。该系统软件设计基于组件三层体系结构,可重构性强、易维护、使用方便。不仅为工程机械管理训练工作提供了科学的决策依据,而且为今后分布式大型评估系统的开发提供了新的理念和方法。

Abstract:For some construction machinery users whose equipment managing department needs to command a variety of equipment that have diversified features and distributed in a wide work area, it is a very complicate job to evaluate composite performance of the machinery. Under this situation, the best way is to rely on a data processing system. However, it is also a hard and complicate work to develop related managing software and the repeatability of application is low. Thus, based on component technology, a universal and open type composite performance evaluation system of construction machinery is studied to adapt to different levels and areas application. The component model of system is presented and the total frame index is determined. Basic algorithm model of evaluation is offered. Lastly, an example is used as verification. The software design is based on a three-level hiberarchy, it features high reframing repeatability, easy maintenance and simple operation, which not only provides a scientific reference for decision-making in management and training of construction machinery, but also offers a new concept and method for future development of large distributed type evaluation system.
