摘    要:以钠基蒙脱土为原料,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CATB)制备了有机蒙脱土。研究了有机土分别对小柴胡汤中总生物碱以及烟碱的静态吸附,试验结果平衡吸附数据基本符合Langmuir方程。相同条件下,对烟碱的吸附速率比对生物碱的吸附速率快,且在吸附初始阶段是粒扩散。生物碱和烟碱在pH为6时达到最大吸附量0.615mmol/L和1.311mmol/L。

Abstract:Organophilic montmorillonite was prepared from sodium type MMT by CATB.The adsorption of alkaloid and nicotine by organophilic montmorillonite was investigated under static conditions.Experimental results indicate that the equilibrium sorption data showed good agreement with the Langmuir isotherm equation. In the same circumstances, the sorption rate of nicotine is faster than that of alkaloid, the sorption mechanism was confirmed by the particle-diffusion control of the sorption process in the initial period. At pH 6 maximum sorption capacity of alkaloid and nicotine is 0.615mmol/L and 1.311mmol/L.
