西藏玉龙铜矿氧化铜钼矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对西藏玉龙铜矿I号矿体铜钼氧化率较高的铜钼矿矿石进行选矿工艺试验研究。由于铜钼氧化率较高,不利于铜钼的回收;试验表明,通过添加辅助捕收剂,采用先硫后氧工艺,取得了较好的铜钼选矿工艺指标,小型闭路试验获得的指标为:铜精矿1铜品位31.04%、铜回收率50.25%,钼品位1.88%、钼回收率65.07%;铜精矿2铜品位20.12%、铜回收率32.02%;铜综合回收率82.02%。

Abstract:In this paper,the mineral processing research on highly oxidized copper-molybdemun ore from I ore body in Tibet Yulong Copper Mine is carried out.Highly oxidation ratio is bad for the recovery of copper and molybdenum.Based on the tests,with the addition of assistant collector diesel oil,the good technological index of flotation is obtained with the oxide after sulfide technology The index of mineral processing is that:copper concentrate1 Cu grade 31.04% and recovery 50.25%,with Mo 1.88% and Mo recovery 65.07%;copper concentrate2 Cu grade20.12%,Cu recovery 32.02%,the total recovery of Cu is 82.02%
