摘    要:开发了一种复合型陶瓷内衬热补偿伸缩节管接头 ;比较了新型伸缩节与常规热补偿管接头的性能差异及其结构特性。由于设计合理、制备新颖及抗磨损耐冲刷性能优越 ,这种新型伸缩节不仅热补偿量大 ,而且有效地解决了在颗粒磨损与冲刷交互作用下管接头附近直管段磨损量偏大的问题

Abstract:A composite porcelain lined expansion pipe connector has been developed and compared with the traditional connector in performance and structure. The well designed new connector has superior anti abrasive and erosion performance with greater thermal expansion compatibility and the problem of greater abrasion on straght pipe section near the connector under the combined effect of particle abrasion and erosion is effectively solved.
