摘    要:本文用红外光谱法研究全氟羧酸甲酯树脂中酯端基的稳定性。结果表明全氟羧酸甲酯树脂中酯端基在相对湿度为65%以上时极易水解成羧端基,而在干燥条件下存放则较稳定。同时对其热稳定性研究结果表明,在热压成膜的温度范围180—280℃和室温至250℃程序升温条件下酯羰基均较为稳定

Abstract:The stability of esterified end group of polymethyl perfluorocarboxylate resin was studied by FTIR.It is shown that the esterified end group of polymethyl perfluorocarboxylate resin is easy to hydrolyze and becomes carboxyl end group when the relative humidity is higher than 65%,but is very stable when the relative humidity is lower than 40%.It is also shown that the esterified end group is stable when heated from 180℃ to 280℃ and from ambient temperature to 250℃ by programmed heating.
