| 摘 要： | 采用氯化亚砜法,以无水甲醇、氯化亚砜、L-丝氨酸为原料酯化合成L-丝氨酸甲酯盐酸盐,确定了L-丝氨酸甲酯盐酸盐的最佳合成条件,在保证其工业纯度的基础上综合改进了所采用的重结晶方案.

| Abstract: | L-Serine methyl hydrochloride was synthesized by esterifying process, with anhydrous methanol, thionyl chloride and L-serine as raw materials. To obtain the highest yield of L-serine methyl hydrochloride, the effects of different operation condition on yield of the product were investigated. On the basis of guaranteeing the purity industrially required, the recrystallization program was improved. |
