拉斯邦巴斯铜矿爆破优化设计与现场试验研究

摘    要:针对拉斯邦巴斯目前爆破存在的爆破后块度小、成本高及台阶边坡形成效果差等问题,结合现场爆破现状,开展废石生产爆破参数优化试验和边坡控制爆破技术试验,对炸药、装药结构、孔网参数、微差时间与超深以及控制爆破技术进行了优化调整,试验后取得了良好效果,废石凿岩爆破成本较原爆破降低10.02%~16.27%,大幅提高了矿山的经济效...

Optimization design and field test of blasting in Las Bambas mine

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of small size after blasting, high cost and poor effect of step slope formation in the current blasting of Las Bonbass, combined with the current situation of on-site blasting, we carried out waste rock production blasting parameter optimization test and slope control blasting technology test. Explosives, charge structure, hole network parameters, micro-difference time and ultra-deep, and controlled blasting technology have been optimized and adjusted. Good results have been obtained after the test. The cost of waste rock drilling and blasting has been reduced by 10.02~16.27% compared with the original blasting, which has greatly increased The economic benefits of the mine have also improved the quality of the slope formation and the stability of the slope, providing experience and reference for other blasting and mining construction.
