云南省矿产资源开发区环境承载力综合评价

摘    要:矿产资源的开发受制于矿区资源环境承载力,准确评价矿区资源环境承载力,对矿产资源的合理开发具有重要意义。运用层次分析法,选取7个重要环境约束因子作为评价指标,采用加权平均综合评价模型,对云南省60个矿产资源开发区环境承载力进行了评价。依据综合评价结果,将60个开发区环境承载力分为高、较高、中等、较低和低5个类型区,其中环境承载力高的有11个矿区;较高的有15个矿区;中等的有15个矿区;较低的有10个矿区;低的有9个矿区。研究结果有效反映各矿产开发区环境承载力情况,认为云南省矿产资源开发区环境承载力整体属于较高。针对不同矿产资源开发区的环境承载力情况提出了相应的开发建议,为云南省矿床资源开发区矿产资源的可持续开采提供参考。

Comprehensive evaluation of environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources development zone in Yunnan province

Abstract:The environmental carrying capacity (ECC) of mineral resources development zones restricts the sustainable mining of mineral resources, and the accurate assessment of ECC is of great significance to the rational development for mineral resources development zones. The ECC of 60 mineral resources development zones in Yunnan Province was evaluated by the weighted average comprehensive evaluation model with seven important environmental constraint factors as evaluation indexes by the analytic hierarchy process. Based on the comprehensive evaluation results, these mineral resources development zones are classified into five types of high, medium-high, medium, medium-low, and low according to the level of ECC. Specifically, 11 high-ECC mineral resources development zones, 15 medium-high-ECC mineral resources development zones, 15 medium-ECC mineral resources development zones, 10 medium-low-ECC mineral resources development zones, and 9 low-ECC mineral resources development zones were identified. The research results effectively reflect the ECC situation of each mineral resources development zones, suggesting that the mineral resources development zones in Yunnan Province generally have a relatively high level of ECC. Moreover, the study put forward corresponding development suggestions for the ECC situation of different mineral resources development zones, providing a valuable reference for the sustainable mining of mineral resources in mineral resources development zones of Yunnan Province.
