缓倾斜中厚矿体高效开采技术研究

摘    要:为探索破碎顶板下缓倾斜中厚矿体的地下开采技术,实现矿体的快速、高效开采,以金厂河多金属矿缓倾斜中厚矿体为研究对象,分析了矿岩岩石力学参数及岩体质量级别,根据不同的开采技术条件,优化选取合理的采矿方法及采矿装备。根据研究成果,矿体顶板大理岩稳固性较差,矿体稳固性较好。厚大矿体采用大直径深孔嗣后充填采矿法,中厚矿体采用预留矿体护顶的中深孔空场嗣后充填采矿方法。研究表明:根据矿岩稳固性分级及矿体开采技术条件,采用不同的采矿方法,能够满足矿山开采产能和贫损指标控制的要求;破碎顶板采用支护加固处理或预定矿体顶板护顶的方式,能够很好地保障采场顶板的稳定性,为采场的大规模开采创造有利的外部条件;开采技术适用于破碎顶板下的缓倾斜中厚及厚大矿体的地下高效开采,可大幅提高开采效率,有效控制矿体开采经济指标。

Study on fine mining technology of gently inclined medium thick orebody

Abstract:In order to explore the underground mining technology of gently inclined medium thick orebody under broken roof,realize the rapid and efficient mining of orebody.Taking gently inclined medium thickness orebody of Jinchanghe polymetallic mine as the research object, analyze the rock mechanics parameters and rock mass quality grade, and optimize the reasonable mining methods and mining equipment according to different mining technical conditions.According to the research results, the marble roof is unstable and the ore body is stable.Large and thick ore bodies adopt large diameter deep hole subsequent filling mining method, while medium and thick ore bodies adopt medium and deep hole open stoping subsequent filling mining method with reserved orebody roof protection.The research shows that according to the classification of rock stability and mining technical conditions of ore body, different mining methods can meet the requirements of mining capacity and lean loss index control.The broken roof adopts support reinforcement or predetermined roof protection, which can well guarantee the stability of the stope roof and create favorable external conditions for the large-scale mining of the stope.The mining technology is suitable for underground fine mining of gently inclined medium and large thick orebody under broken roof, which can greatly improve the mining efficiency and effectively control the economic parameter of orebody mining.
