Abstract: | Copolymers of vinylidene chloride can be fabricated into films that have excellent barriers to carbon-dioxide transparent. To retain the maximum barrier, liquid additives should not be used. Since the carbon dioxide barrier properties of different polymers have different temperature sensitivities, you must compare properties at the temperature of intended use. |
