摘    要:以选矿尾矿经二次选矿获得的铅锌混合精矿为主要研究对象,针对其含铅高、铁较低的特点。对比研究了不同硫化锌精矿的氧压浸出效果,分析了高铅低铁硫化锌精矿的氧压浸出行为。结果表明,低铁锌精矿需在二段补加5 g/L的铁传递氧,锌浸出率达99%以上,铜浸出率约90%。铁大多以二价铁的形式随锌进入到浸出液,少部分入渣,以黄铁矿的形式存在,并有少量的铁氧化物;铅、银、硅沉淀入渣并在渣中富集,浸出渣可实现铅、银等有价金属的回收,精矿中的硫主要以单质硫的形式入渣。在两段氧压逆流浸出中,二段浸出液中铜会沉淀进入一段渣,在系统里循环累积,直至平衡,终渣含铜0.16%,一段浸出液含铜1.00 g/L,具有较高回收价值。

Abstract:The main study object is the lead-zinc mixed concentrate obtained by the secondary beneficiation of tailings, aiming at the characteristics of high lead content and low iron content. The effects of oxygen pressure leaching of different zinc sulfide concentrates were compared, and the oxygen pressure leaching behavior of high lead and low iron zinc sulfide concentrates was analyzed. The results show that the low iron zinc concentrate needs to add 5 g/L iron to transfer oxygen in the second stage, the leaching rate of zinc is more than 99%, and the leaching rate of copper is about 90%. Most of the iron enter into the leachate with zinc in the form of divalent iron, and a small part enter into the residue. It exists in the form of pyrite with a small amount of iron oxide; Lead, silver and silicon are basically precipitated into the residue and enriched in the residue. The leaching residue can realize the recovery of valuable metals such as lead and silver, and the sulfur in the concentrate is mainly in the form of elemental sulfur. In the two-stage oxygen pressure countercurrent leaching, copper in the second stage leaching solution will precipitate into the first stage residue, which will accumulate in the system until equilibrium. The final residue contains 0.16% copper, and the first stage leaching solution contains 1.00 g/L copper, which has high recovery value.
