CMI酶制剂浸水工艺的研究

摘    要:研究以浸水液中的蛋白质含量、羟脯氨酸含量、生皮的回软程度、溜毛程度、黄心程度,以及浸水后生皮的含水量等作为考察指标,采用单因素试验法和水平正交试验法,对CMI酶制剂应用于制革浸水工艺进行了优化,试验考察了浸水过程中纯碱用量、杀菌剂用量及CMI酶制剂用量对黄牛皮浸水效果的影响。结果表明:常温下,当纯碱用量为0.95%,杀菌剂用量0.13%,酶用量0.15%(均以浸水前皮质量计算)时,CMI酶浸水效果最佳。

Abstract:The application process of CMI enzyme preparation was investigated by using single factor experiment method and the level of orthogonal method respectively.The dosage of soda,bactericide and CMI enzyme preparation were studied.The protein content and hydroxyproline content in the waste liquor of soaking,the soft extent and the yellow streak extent of soaked hide were measured.The results show that when the soda dosage is 0.95%,the bactericide dosage is 0.13% and the CMI enzyme is 0. 15%(base on the weight before soaking),the application of CMI enzyme preparation in leather soaking is best.
