针对当今体育竞技球类项目信息管理以及发布的复杂性、高效性的特点,在Windows下选用高效的Delphi集成开发环境和Access后台数据库,设计了一个具有胜率计算、打印报表和数据上传功能的竞赛信息管理系统。通过模板类和文本文件模板的应用,系统较好地解决了竞赛信息数据上传格式难以动态调整的技术问题。实例应用表明,该系统稳定、可行、有效。
