川西深层射孔参数对地层破裂压力影响规律研究

摘    要:通过建立地应力分布数学模型,使用解析法分析和研究了钻井和射孔后地层岩石应力状态,结合压裂注入参数,推导出地层破裂压力和射孔参数之间的关系式。采用vb6.0对其进行编程,并结合川西深层地层参数进行实例计算验证,对射孔参数和川西地层破裂压力的影响规律进行了分析,得出川西深层建议采用大孔径、中孔密、低相位的射孔参数的结论。研究结果对川西深层压裂井射孔参数的优化设计具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:By establishing the model of crustal stress distribution, the rock stress state after drilling and perforation was analyzed by analytic method, and it is derived to the relation expression between formation fracturing pressure and perfora- tion parameter combining with injection parameters of fracturing. The relation expression was programmed by software Visu- al basic 6.0. A case study was verified with the formation parameters of deep reservoir in werter Sichuan. Results showed that large borehole diameter, moderate borehole density and low shot phase should be used in deep reservoirs of wester Sichuan. These results can guide the optimization design of perforation parameters of the fracturing wells.
