摘    要:研究了螺杆轴向振动对熔体注射过程中各个阶段能耗的影响,建立了振动力场作用下熔体流经圆锥形浇口流道和圆盘充模的物理模型和数学模型,并求得上述两个过程中功耗的解析式;通过实验验证了振动力场的引入使得注射过程能耗减小,在振动强度系数达到0.45以后,注射过程功耗减小的趋势更明显。

Abstract:The response of power consumption of each stage during injection to the screw's axial vibration was investigated. Mathematical and physical models of the melt which crossed through the taper runner to the disc cavity which finally overflowed under the influence of the vibration force field were established . Based on the models, the analytic equations of the power consumption during the two processes also were gained. It was validated by experiments that the injection power consumption was decreased since the dynamic vibration field was introduced into the molding. The trend of the injection power decreasing was more distinctness when the coefficient of the vibration intensity reached 0.45.
