摘    要:运用Aspen Plus软件对磨煤干燥过程进行模拟与分析,可以比较准确地知道CMD工段的燃料气、低低压氮气、助燃空气、稀释空气、电力等公用工程的消耗,优化干燥工艺流程,为工程设计和生产操作提供指导。

Abstract:After simulating and analyzing the coal grinding and drying process with the Aspen Plus software ,know accurately the utilities consumption which including the fuel gas ,low pressure nitrogen gas ,combustion air ,dilution air and electricity ,etc . Optimizing the drying process could provide guidance for the engineering design and manufacturing operation .
