| 摘 要： | 本文针对电子设备的特点,并利用专业的电子产品热分析软件Flotherm对某电子设备进仿真,仿真结果和实测数据进行比较,表明CFD仿真是合理地预示电子设备温度分布,从而进行科学的热设计.

| Abstract: | The article introduces the simulation of thermal analysis software on Electronic Equipments, By comparing between simulation result and measured data, it indicates that CFD simulation reasonably predicts the temperature distribution of electronic equipments, which makes scientific thermal design possible. |
