往复压缩机级间管路气流脉动研究

摘    要:基于一维非定常理论的有限振幅法来模拟管道中大振幅的气流脉动。搭建往复压缩机管道系统气流脉动实验台,并对管道系统各个位置压力脉动幅值及波形进行了测量。测量结果证实了有限振幅法模拟管道中大振幅的气流脉动的正确性。

Abstract:In this paper, the finite disturbance theory is used to solve the non-linear partial differential equations that describe the unsteady one-dimensional compressible flow in the complex piping system. A test rig was built up to experimentally investigate the gas pulsation in the piping system of the reciprocating compressor, in which the amplitudes of the pulsed pressure together with the pressure curves can be recorded. The way that was proved by the experimental date was exactitude.
