| 摘 要： | 采用顶空气相色谱法，以ＧＤＸ－１０１为固定相，选择７０℃温度下恒温１５ｍｉｎ的气液平衡条件，正丙醇为内标物，测定了庆大霉素中甲醇残留量。标准加入法回收率试验的平均回收率为９４．９％，对同一试样重复测定７次，其ＲＳＤ为０．５３％。

| Abstract: | A method for determination of residual methanol in Gentamicin by headspace gas chr-omatography was reported. A GDX-101 column and FID were used, and optimum operating condition was chosen. The recovery as determined by standard addition was 94. 9%. The relative staydard deviation(RSD, n=7) is 0. 53%. Detection limit of this method for methanol was 1. 0 ug/ml. |
