| Abstract: | During the construction process in the project of fire proof sprayed coating at pumping stations,No.1 and No.2 of the general main line,Wanjiazhai YRDP(Yellow River Diversin Project),the contractor lodged a claim (in 2002).In this paper,the analysis process on the claim,including the establishment of evidence of the claim,the calculation on the amount of expenses that needs to be settled for the claim and so on are introduced. |
