塑编包装袋抗老化性能的试验比较及分析

摘    要:阐述了未添加抗老化剂的聚丙烯编织袋的老化原因及现象。对西北地区生产使用的聚丙烯塑编袋进行了紫外线加速老化试验,并对结果进行了分析研究。结果表明:随着试验时间的增长,编织袋的强度不断下降;添加抗老化剂与否及添加比例,对塑编袋的抗老化性能影响明显;编织袋具有抗老化性能十分必要。

Abstract:This article describes the aging reasons and phenomena of polypropylene woven sack without adding anti-aging agent.It carried out the ultraviolet accelerated aging test on the polypropylene woven sack produced and used in Northwest of China,and analyzed and studied the results.As the results show,with the increase of the test duration,the tensile strength of the woven sack keeps declining,and whether adding anti-aging agent and the proportion of the added agent have an obvious impact on the anti-aging perfo...
