| 摘 要： | 井架是油田钻井重要的设备,其结构力学性能有着重要的研究价值。人字架是多数钻机结构中常用的一种结构形式,是钻机极其重要的一部分,上支撑井架重量,并实现与钻台的连接,是一个受载较大的构件。为了保证新设计井架的强度和安全性,采用ANSYS对人字架进行有限元分析,为设计井架时保证人字架的可靠有效设计提供参考依据,提高设计效率和质量。

PRACTICAL ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH OF A-BRACKET USING ANSYS |

| Abstract: | A derrick is an important device in drilling. The performance of its structural mechanics is worth to study. A-bracket is a common structural style used in most drilling rigs. It is an important part of the rig. It doesn't only hold the drill tower but also connect the drilling platform. So it bears large load. In order to ensure intensity and security of the redesign drill tower, ANSYS is used to analyze the finite elements of the A-bracket. It can provide reference frame for reliable and effective designing and improve the design efficiency and quality. |
