| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪．苏锡常地区实施可持续发展战略的总体思路可以概括为：强化四种意识．坚持四项原则．确立三大目标．加强五种可持续发展的能力建设．即体制、制度与法规等保障能力建设、科技支撑能力建设、人力资源能力建设、生态整合能力的建设、区域性基础设施支撑能力的建设。

| Abstract: | After entering the 21st century, strategiesfor the sustainable development of Suzhou, Wuxi andChangzhou can be summarized as follows: i) Instill-ing and enhancing four concepts: ii) adhering to thefour basic principles; iii)setting three objectives; iv)strengthening the construction of five capabilitiespushing sustainable development: the establishmentsof institutions, systems and laws concerned, scien-tific support, human resources, ecological integrationand regional infrastructures. |
