抑制试验站内大容量变压器的激磁涌流

摘    要:常见的电机、变频器试验站电气系统都具有电能反馈回路,即将系统负载输出的电能回馈至站内供电变压器。电能回馈减少了试验站的电能消耗,但站内供电变压器容量,可能要远大于上级变电所供电变压器的容量。在试验站供电变压器空载合闸时,会引起上级保护跳闸。通过引用工程实例,证明使用合闸回路串联电阻的方法能抑制电机、变频器试验站内大容量变压器的激磁涌流。

Abstract:Motor and transformer test stations are the factory facility to conduct type test and factory test for the products. The electric system of normal motor and transformer test stations have electric energy feedback loop,which feed the output electric energy back to the power supply transformer in the test station. The electric energy feedback can reduce electric energy consumption,however the transformer capacity may far greater than the capacity of the power supply transformer in upper power substation. When switching on the power supply transformer under no-load condition,the upper protection will trip off. By referencing project case,magnetizing inrush current of large capacity transformer in motor and transformer test station can be retrained by method of switching on loop series resistance.
