摘    要:随着我国风电的飞速发展,带来了大规模风电投切的稳定性问题。主要研究大规模风电脱网对电力系统稳定性的影响,研究采用当今主流风电仿真软件DIgSILENT进行仿真分析,介绍风电大规模脱网对系统频率的影响,并阐述风机低电压穿越LVRT(LowVoltageRideThrough)问题。在DIgSILENT中建立了双馈感应风力发电机组模型,通过对IEEE-9节点系统的仿真分析,展示了系统故障期间各节点电压波动情况,定性分析了并网风机低电压穿越过程,并且仿真分析了风机脱网对电力系统暂态稳定的影响。

The Influence of Wind Power Off-grid on the Stability of Power System

Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s wind power,stability problems comes due to large-scale wind power switching. This paper focuses on the influence of large-scale wind power off-grid on the stability of power system. The current mainstream wind power simulation software DIgSILENT was applied for simulation analysis. The impacts of wind turbine tripping on grid frequency and requirement for low voltage ride through (LVRT) capability of wind turbines were discussed. Doubly-fed wind turbine model was established in DIgSILENT and through simulation analysis of IEEE 9-bus system, the voltage fluctuation during the system break-in period was presented. Moreover,the qualitative analysis of LVRT was made for integrated wind turbines, and the influence of large-scale wind power off-grid on transient stability of power system was simulated and analysed.
