摘    要:依据K+,Na+,Mg2+∥Cl-,SO42--H2O体系15 ℃介稳相图,对青海马海盐湖低品位钾矿溶采卤水进行了等温蒸发过程相图分析,揭示了该盐湖卤水蒸发过程中盐类富集行为和析出规律。依据相图通过计算得出:该盐湖卤水在等温蒸发时应采取分段蒸发,且给出了各个蒸发结晶池终了时刻应控制的母液组成,为该盐湖卤水的综合开发利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:According to the metastable phase diagram of K+,Na+,Mg2+∥Cl-,SO42--H2O system at 15 ℃,the isothermal evaporation process of the brine of dissolution mining of the low grade solid potassium deposit from Mahai salt lake in Qinghai province was analyzed,and the enrichment behaviors and precipitation rules of salts from brine in process of evaporation were discovered.Results showed that a process of stage evaporation should be applied;and the compositions of mother liquor in each crystalline pond at terminal point were also given.This work provided theoretical foundation for the comprehensive utilization of Mahai salt lake brine in Qinghai province.
