供电企业安全工器具管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了改变供电所用手工记录管理安全工器具手续多、工作重、存在严重安全隐患的现状,文章利用现有电力网络,采用条形码技术、B/S体系结构,设计了供电企业安全工器具管理系统,实现了对安全工器具的库存、试验工具、报废工具等进行实时监控和动态监测。系统极大地提高了工作效率,减轻了管理负担,有效保障了供电企业生产过程中的人身安全和电网的正常运行。

Abstract:In order to change the current security equipments management situation of red tape, heavy work and serious security hidden danger caused by manual recording in power substation. Considering the existing power network situation, this paper designs a security equipment management system in power supply enterprises by using bar code technology and B/S system structure, which realizes real-time and dynamic monitoring to security equipment inventory, test instruments and etc. This system greatly improves the work efficiency, reduces the management burden, and effectively protects the personal safety in daily production of the power supply enterprises and normal operation of the power grid.
