| 摘 要： | 随着SG186工程的竣工与信息化建设的深入推进，在信息内网，公司已经完成信息运维综合监管系统（以下简称IMS）的一期建设，实现了对内外网IT资源统一监控的规划目标。为了更好地配合国家电网公司信息化建设部署要求，在稳定运行IMS的基础上进一步开展了深化应用。对于系统在功能应用和展示效果的局限性上。国网天津市电力公司进行了深入的指标地市拆分工作。同时将考核指标进行纵向动态追踪和可视化展示，并起到了预期的效果。在提升企业领导决策水平的同时，给综合监管工作提供了更有力和全面的保障，实现了信息化与公司战略发展的深度融合。

| Abstract: | With the completion of SG 186 project and information construction in advance, in the information network, the company has completed a comprehensive information management system （IMS） for the first stage of construction, achieves the goal of building unified monitoring of resource of IT inside and outside network. To meet the information construction deployment requirements of State Grid Corporation of China, further deepening application of 1MS system based on stable operation is developed. Aiming at the functional limitations and display effects of IMS, State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company resolves index. At the same time, by longitudinal dynamic tracking and visual display of the assessment indicators, the expected result is obtained. Enterprise decision-making level is improved, comprehensive supervision work is guaranteed with powerful and comprehensive support, and the integration of strategy development and information is deepened. |
