电力无线通信专网关键技术及主要问题研究

摘    要:电力通信系统是保障电网安全运行和电力可靠供应的基础支撑载体。文章结合近年来电力无线通信专网研究及试点示范应用情况,分析了电力无线通信专网的技术路线、关键技术及其应用领域,并从技术体制及标准、频谱资源、通信安全、技术产品成熟度、业务需求方面剖析了电力无线通信专网发展中存在的问题和发展瓶颈,最后基于实际应用和发展需求,就频谱资源申请和筹集、标准制定、技术研究、产品研发、网络建设组合策略、产业链成熟度提升等方面提出了相应建议。为电力无线通信专网建设提供参考。

Abstract:Power communication system is the infrastructure for safe operation of power grid and reliable power supply. Combining with the power of wireless communication network research and pilot demonstration application in recent years, this paper analyzed the technology route, key techniques and their application fields of power wireless communication network. We also analyzed the problems and bottlenecks in the power of wireless communication development from the aspects of technical system, standard formulation, spectrum resources, communications security, product maturity, development needs and other aspects. At last, based on the practical application and the development needs, we proposed related suggestions on the spectrum resources application and raise, standard formulation, technology research, product development, network building strategy, the maturity enhance of industry chain, etc., which can provide a reference to the power wireless communication network construction and development.
