电网稳定控制系统通信组网方案探讨

摘    要:基于电网稳定控制系统的特点阐明了其在通信组网方面的特殊要求,在此基础上介绍了2种典型的区域电网稳定控制系统的组网方案;分析了这2种通信组网方案在不同通信条件下的适应性和优缺点,并针对目前的电网稳定控制系统通信组网方案存在的缺点提出了相应的解决方法;结合智能电网的发展,分析了通信新技术的发展对电网稳定控制系统组网方案可能产生的影响,并指出NGN、SDN和CPS是未来电网稳定控制系统通信组网方案的关键技术。

Study on Communication Networking Scheme for Power Grid Stability Control System

Abstract:The special requirements of communication network scheme in stability control system (SCS) are discussed based on its characteristics and two typical networking schemes for SCS are introduced. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes under different communication conditions and presents several corresponding solutions for these disadvantages. Considering the development of smart grid, this paper analyzes the possible effects of new communication technology on networking scheme for SCS and points out that cyber physical system(CPS), software defined network(SDN),and automatically switched optical network(ASON) are the key technologies in the future.
