转炉造渣过程检测的声学原理及应用

摘    要:通过声学理论分析,阐述了在音平检测转炉造渣过程中有效隔离和屏蔽干扰的方法,以及如何优化检取有用吹炼噪声。两年的工厂实践证明,利用音平检测炉渣状态,不仅有助于炼钢过程的监控和优化,而且有助于判断溅渣护炉时的溅渣效果

Abstract:The paper deals with the method for separating and shielding the environmental interference effectively in sound-level detecting converter slagforming by theoretical analysis of acoustics, and the way to detect the available blowing sound. The two-year practices at some plants have proved that using the sound-level detecting slagforming state contributes to not only the control and optimization of steelmaking process, but also the assessment of the effect of spattering slag during spattering lining protection.
