| 摘 要： | ２１世界的市场环境是持续多变和不可预测的，敏捷制造企业就是针对这一竞争环境而提出的制造业的发展模式和概念。作为敏捷制造企业最高组织形式的动态联盟则是实现敏捷制造的重要手段。本文分析了动态联盟建立过程听的关键要素，提出了合理的建立步骤，为动态联盟的建立提供方法和支持。

| Abstract: | Agile Enterprises are new concept and new global industrial competit ion mode for 21st century's manufacturing enterprises to develop and win in a market environment of coatiauous and unanticipated change. Virtual Orgaaizatioa is a temporary alliance of partner enterprises which join to take advantage of a market opportunity. The formation of these alliance will require the reasonable approach to assist in this task. This paper analyses the key factors of the Virtual Organization's building process and presents a reasonable approach for developing Virtual Organization. |
