摘    要:该文介绍了炼油厂重油催化分馏塔顶后冷器管束的腐蚀情况,对腐蚀原因进行了分析。分析了我国在用的Ni-P镀层管束、7910涂料(环氧氨基树脂)涂层管束在油气使用环境中存在的问题。介绍了钛纳米聚合物涂料的耐腐蚀性能,采用钛纳米聚合物防腐涂层管束解决了脱水塔顶气体冷凝器管束的腐蚀问题。

Abstract:this paper introduces the corrosion on the cooling machine behind the residue fluid catalytic cracking fractionators and analyzes the corrosion reason. The problems using Ni-P coating layer pipe bundle and 7910 dope (epoxy amino resin) are addressed. We introduce the anti-corrosion characteristic of Ti-nano polymeric dope. Then we adopt the Ti-nano polymeric dope on the cooling machine behind the residue fluid catalytic cracking fractionators and get a very good result.
