摘    要:静止的电荷有了接地通路时产生静电放电(ESD),在人类的日常生活中这种现象是不可避免地存在的。集成电路技术的发展使电子产品更加小型化和结构复杂性,更易受ESD的攻击,电子制造商每年都因此造成很大的损失。按照防护ESD的五项原则积极防护是电子制造商降低,生产成本,提高产品质量,赢得用户信誉的必由之路。

Abstract:The static electricity causes electrostatic discharge (ESD) as shorted to earth. It occurs everywhere in daily life without exception. As the electronic products becoming smaller and more complicated due to the application and development of integrated circuit, they will be more easily damaged by ESI). The manufacturers of electronic products lose a lot due to ESD every year. There are 5 principles to protect electronic products from ESD, which are helpful to improve the quality of products at lower cost and to win the market.
