摘    要:以武汉分公司2号重油催化裂化装置为背景,从核心工艺的选择及其特点综合分析装置节能改进措施的有效性。借助能量分析与炯分析理论,从装置烧焦、烟气能量回收和反应油气分馏过程等对改造前后装置用能进行综合分析,通过理论上对装置全局用能认知的深入,以及对催化裂化装置用能关键共性问题的分析,结合具体工艺针对性实施解决瓶颈策略。改进后装置的能耗下降了约15.5个单位,改造后分馏和换热网络的炯效率提高约16.8个百分点,投资的回收期约2a,节能措施及效果分析表明通过能量分析指导催化裂化过程的节能降耗,效果显著,核心工艺过程的用能优化能有效改善装置用能,充分体现了节能理论有效指导工业实践的作用。

Abstract:In a case study of No. 2 heavy oil FCCU in SINOPEC Wuhan Company, the performances of energy-saving measures of the unit are analyzed in respect of selection of main process and process characteristics. On the basis of energy and exergy analysis, the energy utilization in coke burning, flue gas power recovery and reaction oil vapor fractionation before and after revamping was comprehensively studied. With deep understanding and recognition of overall unit energy utilization and analysis of critical energy utilization in FC- CU, the debottlenecking policies have been implemented based upon specific process conditions. After execution of energy conservation in revamping, the energy consumption is lowered by 15.5 unit, and exergy efficiency of fractionator system and heat exchange train has been raised by 16.8 point percentage. The internal rate of return is 2 years. The analysis of energy saving measures and their energy saving performances shows that the energy reduction is significant when the energy conservation analysis theory is applied to plan the energy saving practices in FCCUs. The improved energy utilization results demonstrate that the optimization of energy utilization of core processes can effectively improve the unit energy utilization.
