| 摘 要： | 针对碱性脱墨的缺点及ClO2的优点，利用ClO2与表面活性剂复配，研制出了在中性条件下有良好脱墨效果的脱墨剂。其最佳工艺条件为：ClO2用量0．6％，SAA用量1．0％，pH6～7，Na2SiO3用量2．5％，EDTA用量0，2％。在此工艺条件下，对报纸脱墨所测得浆料白度为57．4％ISO，对书本纸脱墨所测得白度为62．8％ISO。

| Abstract: | In considering of the defects of alkaline deinking and advantages of ClO2, a deinking agent with good deinking performance under neutral conditions was compounded with ClO2 and surfactant. The optimal technological condition is: ClO2 dosage 0.6%, SAA dosage 1.0% , pH 6-7, Na2SiO3 dosage 2.5% and EDTA dosage 0.2%. Under this technological condition, the brightness of the pulp deinked from newsprint was 57.4%ISO and brightness of the pulp deinked from book paper was 62.8%ISO. |
