| 摘 要： | 采用并流共沉淀法制备了一系列具有不同Mg/Al/Zr物质的量比的镁铝锆氧化物催化剂,考察了它们在丙酮气相缩合反应中的催化性能.并通过XRD、SEM、FT - IR等方法对催化剂进行了表征.采用固定床对催化剂合成丙酮的缩合反应进行微反活性评价.实验结果表明,所制备的复合氧化物催化剂在丙酮气相缩合反应中表现出良好的活性.在...

| Abstract: | A series of Mg/Al/Zr oxide catalysis were prepared by co-precipitation method.The catalytic performance of these materials were investigated in the gas-phase Alsol condensation of acetone to isophorone.The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The acetone vapor-phase condensation reaction on catalysts were carried on fixed-bed micro-reactor.The results indicated that the catalysts showed good activity.prepared at the conditions of Mg/Al/Zr molar ration of 20∶9∶1.was up to 95%.The total effective selectivity of the main products of acetone condensation reaction of isophorone(ISO) and mesityl oxide(MO). |
