基于模糊准则的机械模糊可靠性分析与仿真

摘    要:设计准则中的模糊性,刻画了零部件的状态从安全到失效的过渡特征,因此具有客观性和普遍性。基于模糊设计准则的可靠度,总是大于忽略设计准则模糊性时相应的可靠度,所以按模糊可靠性准则设计的零部件尺寸更小,重量更轻,并且更接近于工程实际。对模糊准则下的机械可靠性设计进行系统的研究,分析和归纳了11种工程中可能存在的设计模型,提出了适用于各类模型可靠度仿真的思路,并通过实例予以说明,所介绍的仿真方法具有简单直观和容易编程等特点,因此易于为工程设计人员所接受。

Abstract:The fuzzy character of design criterion dipicts transient behavior from safety to failure of operating mode of machining parts,so it is objective and general. The reliability on the basis of fuzzy design criterion is always bigger than neglecting fuzzy character,therefore the designed machine parts have even smaller size,lighter weight,and can much closer to engineering objective reality.In this paper,fuzzy reliability design for machine on the basis of fuzzy design criterion is thoroughly studied,eleven kinds of the mathematical models of design problems which can be encountered in engineering practice is derived,and a fuzzy reliability digital simulation method suitable for all kinds of the models is introduced.This method is simple and intuitive,so it is easy for use.
