| 摘 要： | 介绍一种制备红景天甙的新方法。即用溶剂萃取结合大孔吸附树脂分离 ,硅胶柱精制法提取 ,可以获得高纯度的红景天甙标准品。通过薄层色谱监测 ,高效液相色谱检测纯度 ,比较吉林产与西藏产红景天。结果表明吉林红景天甙得率为 0 .4 2 3% ,含量要高于西藏产红景天。

Novel method of preparing high-quality salidroside |

| Abstract: | This paper describes a novel method for preparing salidroside: silica gel superfine process is conducted by combining solvent extraction and separation with macroporous absorbent resin. This method is qualified to prepare high purity standard products. Supervising by TLC and determining the salidroside purity by HPLC, comparing the salidroside contents of Rhodiola cultivated in Jiling and Tibet, we find that the content of salidroside of Jiling Rhodiola is 0.423%, higher than that in Tibet Rhodiola. |
