国际消防职业分类及对我国的启示

介绍了国际劳工组织和美国等国的职业分类系统概况,分析了国际消防职业分类的特点,提出在《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》修订中,要坚持客观性原则,准确把握职业内涵,充分体现消防工作社会化属性;坚持科学性原则,运用科学分类方法,对消防职业进行合理划分和归类;注重实用性和指导性,拓展消防职业设置的实用功能,更好地服务于消防人才队伍建设。

The international fire occupational classification and its implications to China

This article briefly introduced the current view of international occupational classification,and analyzed the characteristics of fire occupational classification.The authors gave some suggestions on the revising of the national occupational classifications of China,including the principle of objectivity,grasping the professional content,and embodying the socialization property of fire protection;the scientific classification rules,and classifying the fire occupations based on these rules;practicability and guidance to occupations about fire protection and fire fighting,and expanding the practical function of fire occupations setting up.
