新型膨胀阻燃剂在钢结构防火涂料中的应用

摘    要:将新型磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐阻燃剂应用于钢结构防火涂料中,研究其在不同聚合物基料中的防火效果,并与传统膨胀阻燃剂的耐火性能进行比较。耐火时间测试结果表明采用丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂复配体系作为树脂基料的防火涂料具有良好的耐火性能(耐火时间65min)、均匀致密的膨胀炭层,涂料流平性好,易于涂刷。与传统膨胀阻燃剂相比,添加新型磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐阻燃剂的防火涂料具有更好的防火性能,其耐火时间更长,膨胀炭层结构更加均匀、致密、强度更高。

Abstract:Novel melamine phosphate intumescent flame retardant(IFR)was applied in fireproof coating for steel structure.The flame-retardant effect of the novel IFR in different polymeric matrixes has been studied,and has been compared with traditional IFR.Test of fire-resistant time indicated that fireproof coating based on polymeric matrix consisting of acrylic resin and alkyd resin has the best comprehensive performance,the fire resistance time is 65 min.The expansion carbon layer is uniform and compact;the coating is easy to paint and has good levelablity.Compare to traditional IFR,the novel melamine phosphate intumescent flame retardant showed better flame-retardant effect in fireproof coating.Fireproof coating filled with novel IFR presented longer fire-resistant time and better carbon layer than which filled with traditional IFR.
