摘    要:采用阴燃实验方法,研究了玉米秸、玉米粒、玉米秸热解炭、石墨等4种固体可燃物的粉状物料内部燃烧传播特性。并应用氮气、空气气氛下的热重分析、马弗炉灼烧、电镜实验探索其燃烧内部传播特性的原因。结果表明:自然条件下,燃烧可在粉状玉米秸、玉米秸热解炭内部持续传播,而不能在粉状玉米粒,石墨内部持续传播。玉米粉和玉米秸粉的元素成分、热值、热重分析仪上的热解、燃烧特性差别不大,但堆积密度及灰分微观结构有显著差别。石墨微观呈明显层状结构,各条件下燃烧明显滞后于其余几种物料。

Abstract:Combustion characteristics inside four types of solid combustible materials-corn stalk,corn,corn stalk char and graphite-were investigated via smoldering experiments.In order to uncover the reason of the different combustion characteristics of those materials,thermogravimetric analyzer,Muffle furnace and electron microscopy were used.Results showed that:(1) At ambient condition,smoldering sustains successfully inside powder of corn stalk and corn stalk char,not inside powder of corn or graphite.(2)Corn stalk powder has a similar high heating value,elemental components,pyrolysis and oxidation characteristics in thermogravimetric analyzer with corn powder.However,their bulk densities and microstructures differ significantly.Graphite powder has layered microstructure.Oxidation rate of graphite is lower than those of others.
