铝箔对橡塑海绵燃烧性能的影响

摘    要:采用单体燃烧测试方法研究橡塑海绵在贴铝箔前后的燃烧性能,并对各种数据进行对比分析。研究表明:橡塑海绵在受火表面贴铝箔之后燃烧等级由C级提高至B级;样品的FIGRA指数从167.4W/s降低至117.9W/s;SMOGRA指数从751.3m2/s2降低至150.8m2/s2;总释放热量和最大释放热量速率变化不大,总产烟量和最大烟释放速率变大。

Abstract:The burning behavior of rubber-plastic sponge with or without Aluminum spoil was researched by monomer combustion test,and the data was analyzed.The results showed that after pasting the Aluminum at the surface,the burning grade of rubber-plastic sponge change from grade C to grade B;the FIGRA value decreased from 167.4 W/s to 117.9 W/s;the SMOGRA value decreased from 751.3 m2/s2 to 150.8 m2/s2.But there are very little change about total heat release and the maximum heat release rate,and it became bigger about the total smoke release and maximum smoke release rate.
