铈对Fe_3Al室温力学性能的改善作用

摘    要:在二元Fe3Al中添加适量的铈(Ce)可以显著提高合金的室温强度和塑性,尤其是将微量Ce加入三元Fe-28Al-2Cr合金时,室温延伸率可达22.2%。XPS研究表明,这是由于Ce的加入钝化了合金表面的氧化膜,抑制或推迟了Al和环境水汽的反立。此外Ce的加入导致了Fe3Al基体的晶粒细化和第二相颗粒的析出。

Abstract:Suitabal amount of cerium addition to the binary Fe3Al alloy increases the ductility and strength at room temperature significantly.Especially,the room temperature elongation reaches as high as 22.2% whe microalloving of cerium is used to the ternary Fe-28A1-2Cr alloy.XPS study shows that cerium addition passivates the oxide film on specimen surface,which restrains the reactions between environmontal water and Al in the alloys.Cerium addition also causes the refinemcnt of miorostructure and the formation of many cerium-rich precipitates dispersing in the matrix.
