Al_2O_(3P)/ZA4-3锌基复合材料的硬度性能研究

摘    要:对用流变铸造法制备的Al_2O_(3P)/ZA4-3复合材料的硬度特性进行了研究。结果表明,Al_2O_(3P)的加入明显提高了锌合金的室温和高温硬度:Al_2O_3颗粒含量、颗粒直径和环境温度是影响该复合材料硬度的重要因素。此外,还研究了150℃以下循环热处理以及淬火、回火处理对该复合材料硬度性能的影响。

STUDY ON HARDNESS PROPERTY OF Al2O3P/ZA4-3 COMPOSITE
Abstract:The hardness property of Al3O3P/ZA4-3 composite prepared by means of rheological casting technology is investigated in this work.The results show that the incorparation of Al2O3P/ZA4-3 zinc alloy obviously increases its room temperature and higher temperature hardness.The volume fraction and the diameter or Al2O3P are important factors upon the hardness value of the composite.Moreover,the effects of cycling heat treatment(below 150℃),quench and temper procedures on those of the materials are also researched.
