| 摘 要： | 山东张店钢铁厂４＾＃１００ｍ＾３高炉炉役后期由于冷却设备漏水和操作不当等发生炉缸冻结事故，采用“爆炸法”处理炉缸冻结，并配合有效的上、下部调剂，仅２ｄ就恢复了正常炉状，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Because leaking water of cooling equipments and improper operation in the production the hearth freeze accident is happened in the later stage of service life of BF in No.4 100m 3 blast furnace of Zhangdian iron and steel general works.Through treating hearth freeze accident used of blasting method combined with effective regulation of top and low of blast furnace the normal furnace condition can be recovered only two days. |
