铅锶钡铌系铁电性微晶玻璃的研制

摘    要:主要对 Pb O- Sr O- Ba O- Nb2 O5 系铁电性微晶玻璃形成的温度制度作了研究。利用 X射线粉末衍射(XRD)图谱确证在一定配比及合理的热处理温度下 ,能够形成铁电性微晶玻璃。其主晶相为四方晶系钨青铜结构的 Pbn Bay Srz Nb1 0 O30 (0

Abstract:Investigated is the temperature schedule at which PbO SrO BaO Nb 2O 5 ferroelectric glass ceramics forms. The formula and the heating treatment temperature ideal for the formation of ferroelectric glass ceramics are determined by X ray diffraction. The major phase is tetragonal tungsten bronze structured Pb n Ba y Sr z Nb 10 O 30 ( 0< n ≤2 00, 0< y ≤ 2 00, 0< z ≤1.75). The products made from the material possess excellent conductive property.
